3star Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 3star platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before creating an account or using any of the services provided by 3star. By registering or continuing to use this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. The current version will always be available on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3star platform via our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 3star's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 3star as the platform provider. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 3star reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify the required age condition.

Your use of this platform is also subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any relevant local laws.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 3star. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Duplicate accounts or accounts using false identities will be terminated without notice, and any balance held within them may be forfeited.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs through your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is your responsibility. Contact 3star support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the 3star platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity
  • Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activities

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3star platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 3star accepts deposits via approved payment methods, including local online banking and recognised e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited are from a legitimate source and belong to you.

Deposits that have been credited to your gaming account cannot be reversed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the name of the account holder only. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

3star reserves the right to request identity verification documents or proof of fund source before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days. Winnings derived from bonus usage are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms.

4. Intellectual Property, Liability Limits & Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the 3star platform are the exclusive property of 3star or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 3star. Permitted use is limited to personal access solely for the purpose of enjoying the services provided.

Liability Limits

3star is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, network failures, or processing delays. 3star's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the value of the transaction directly involved.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 3star platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. 3star is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Any interaction you have with third parties is entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

3star reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or taken any action that is harmful to the platform or other users.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 3star reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud or money laundering is confirmed, 3star reserves the right to report the case to the relevant authorities and forfeit any associated funds.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 3star support team. All legitimate balances will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding issues with the account. Following closure, all personal data will be retained for the period required under applicable Malaysian law.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

3star reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 3star platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 3star platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this document and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
